The culture of the company got changed over the period of 2 yrs. No proper plans to protect resources, some managers are very bad in people management. No work life balance... Managers are forcing to work after office hours

Job security - Good

Dislikes

People management is poor, some managers are not good, hr is useless, even if we report some issue with regard to people management, they simply routes to the manager and they won't respond properly

Promotions - Poor
Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

Past 3 years, the culture become too bad, even the compensation part also they are not revising as earlier

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
