I have worked at this company for a few years now and I must say, the company culture is one of the best I have experienced. The environment is inclusive and collaborative. The only disadvantage I see is that employees are overloaded with work. You wouldn't get much free time and you'd be in front of your screen doing work continuously. I've noticed that some folks hardly wake up from their chairs to take a break since the workload is too much!

In some instances, it felt like decision were primarily made by managers whith limited input from employees. This top-down approch sometimes led to lack of transparency and made it difficult for employees to feel valued orheard. additionally, there seemed to be minimal involvement from Hr in addressing employee concerns, which affected overall morale.
