Working in various workplaces employees 5 to 20000 companies I knew what i don't want in an organization, people thrive when are in an embodiment which values their time and helps an individual grow regardless of their past incapacity. 6 hours of productive output requires human machine to function at its best. So training the mind is a full time job. So people have termed it as entrepreneurship but barter system for commodity exchange and ecosystem follow the same laws.
