Toxic work environment with poor management and lack of support: work life balance here is virtually non-existent. employees are often handed tasks late on friday eve with impossible dedadlines for monday completion. Management heavily micromanages creating a culture of fear where job security feels uncertain</mark>. Many employees are either forced to resign or terminated abruptly without notice. Recognition for hard work is invisible. despite being financially stable incentives and rewards are minimal and even small bonus requires too many approvals. Employee turnover is alarmingly high. work from home policy is very restrictive and treated as if it were a leave adding to the frustration. if you are looking for growth support and healthy work life balance avoid this company .
