Although there are many positive elements in the organization, I believe that decision-making could be more inclusive. Encouraging broader input would strengthen our team dynamic. Nonetheless, I appreciate the learning opportunities and supportive atmosphere.

The company is in growth phase and there is ample work opportunity, if willing to explore. Management encourages collaboration and gives employees the room to innovate. I find it to be a challenging enough work environment which gives work satisfaction and flexibility. If you are looking to learn and grow, this is a good place to join.

One challenge is handling the fast changes that come with growth with resourcing and workload. This sometimes makes the processes unorganised and causes confusion.

Despite feedback, the company fails to address shortcomings. 5. Favoritism toward a "yes sir" attitude leads to promotions. Valuation of employees is low, with a potential replacement mindset. 6. The working culture restricts leave flexibility, marking sick leaves as unplanned. Employees are pressured to work on planned leave days, while managers enjoy flexibility.
