I have been here for about a year, and am loving every part of being a member at BLS. When I came, I had little knowledge of this industry, but with proper learning and skill development, and support from my seniors I have grown to excel in my job profile. The company culture is excellent and everyone supports each other.

There's nothing as such. Only that sometimes it becomes hectic with the huge inflow of applications from clients.
