Salary and Somewhat work life balance.

Its a Family and Friends business. You won't be recognised or treated right if you are not part of their friend circle. People in the friend circle will move to the top with unbelievably minimum effort. The CTO and his band of friends is on a mission to destroy the company. The worse thing is that the founder is a pretty fair and straight forward man. If he could just open his eyes and see what is happening with what he has built. People are resigning left and right. The only people that will be left after this apocalypse will be the Band of friends. The entire company is now working on a chatgpt generated codebase, which the CTO claims he and one of his friend wrote🤣....Read More

No work life balance no leaves will be given strict office time irregular project requirements No hikes will be given they will tell us to work on Saturday Sunday no comp offs double standard at work

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
