Work culture of the company is good, environment was good before the 2 rotten eggs got hired at very senior position. I have given the rating based on these 2 rotten eggs, as culture got very bad aftwr there joining. Rating is nothing to be done with company policy or organization, rating are provided based on these 2 rotten eggs company hired.

Major drawback of organization is company hired 2 ROTTEN EGGS at senior position Company also filled many position, for these they hired 3 p consultant and sheduled interview. Work load is ok but these 2 rotten eggs which company has hires,literally harass scientist by giving work which is not related to productivity or out put. Outof 10 appointed scientist only 2 are remaining and from 6 months 8 scientist has resigned becoz of these 2 rotten eggs. Most bad thing is that they dont even accept resignation letter and keEp playing politic between HR. Things which are on priority are not taken care off These 2 rotten eggs are fooling organization. 2 rotten eggs who are hired at senior position had a very bad reputation in there earlier organization. Even one of senior rotten egg got caught in some act outside company during service hour, but becoz of company reputation the news was not highlighted. Senior rotten egg was beaten up by group of mob within same premises for his misbehaviour. Also these 2rotteen eggs told scientist to work in shift, Scientist who are leaving far were feeling difficult to come by train. But rotten eggs agree and continued shift morning and night.
