One thing I appreciate about this place is the realization that I deserve better.

The company appeared prestigious at first glance but lacked ethics, had a partial work culture, and offered no job security. Despite joining after thorough research, it proved to be quite disturbing. Founded with few employees, it grew, promoting individuals with little to no knowledge to key positions. Unfortunately, this led to mismanagement and exploitation of privileges by leaders. Witnessing pregnant employees pressured to resign and relatives unfairly being promoted was distressing also asking managers to terminate employees simply because they were involved in workplace disagreements with their partners or relatives. I observed employees coerced into leaving disturbing and suicidal conversations among colleagues contemplating drastic action due to toxic management. Management seems overly interested in employees' personal lives, asking about their whereabouts, who they socialize with, and why they spend time with certain colleagues outside of work, asking us as managers to do the same. This makes me wonder about the satisfaction derived from such involvement. The daily commute was marred by anxiety over job security. The talent acquisition team is good however since one of the member left the type of events they did were worst. The qualityy went from high to zero not even low. Apart from that, only perks if you’re not working for customer service, you can roam around if you’re bored and spend time on terrace. The ambience is good and management is good if you’re good to them.

You have to be someone’s favourite if you need to get your work done. Lol, managers gets confused about the leave policy. Your approved leave can turn to Loss of pay only because of MANAGER’S CONFUSION, and they call them “people’s manager”. No one is yours if you happen to do something wrong as I said you need to be someone’s favourite. No speech on work life balance, you’re asked to work over time if there’s backlog and if you for some reason do not want to do overtime, they mark you down on your score card as you do not come ahead to support team....Read More

1) The monthly salary is way too little. Get ready to be underpaid if you want to work here. 2) Office is full of politics. Get ready to deal with lot of office politics. 3) No job security. You could be terminated without any genuine reason of yours. 4) Your line manager will force you to report for office everyday. There is no concept of hybrid work here.

A few people who are new in organization and have come from good one, hence are professional. The tenured one are too rigid and old school.

Dislikes

There is definitely no job security, no matter at what level you are. No flexibility for work from home, even if you die. Leaders do not have clear vision hence always confused. You can only survive if you shut your mouth and close your eyes and say Yes to Mr CEO, (who is too moody that his reportees are always scared to talk to him).

I like how they try to be cool but aren't.

Firstly you will like the environment & you will survive if you don't speak up. There no corporate culture here, its like a close friends running the whole business. One thing about the company is ANY THING CAN HAPPEN ANY TIME. Be ready to get laid off, be ready to see your junior becoming your senior. They all listen to you but then you will be targeted. NO BONUS, I mean 5% increament? Are u serious? And the FAVOURITISM, OMG its in the DNA here everybody who is important is a known of other important person. There no criteria of hard work only CONTACTS work here. People who really wants a change are replaced East India co. as we call it. They don't give bonus/ increment to employees but replace them with someone new with a hike. People just leave this organisation in 6 to 1 year max. If you work at Navi Mumbai office you have a good work life balance but that doesn’t last! Soon they will start calling you at Andheri office even tho your contract says Turbhe office. This is very your life start getting terrible at Blenheim Chalcot! And if you don’t accept to go to Andheri you will be fired same day and you have to handover the laptop.

If you are joining Blenheim then you have to join with acceptance that you can be fired any day without even single day notice! Yes ofc they will promise to give you two months salary which you probably will need to file a case to get it there!!

Small perks and treats like choclate brownie, sweets, snack party, popcorn.

Dislikes

Toxic culture, unapproachable management, no logics from managers, unstructured portfolios. Lack of automation within the process. Your opinion and suggestions doesn't matter. No security of job. Unplanned lay offs. You get paid for working in two or multiple roles in one roles salary. No open forum to have complaints or resolutions. No refrral system works out even if you send 50 referrals.

They don't have bench policy... So if you're project is over, you will be thrown out. They fire 10 employees every week. Noone can say anything that's on thier mind else their name will be put in the weekly firing list. Policies are written but not followed, they can fire you without notice period even if it is in your contract. Any reason is fine to mark you down if the management or thier chelas don't like you.
