There's nothing impressive about this company. The fact some reviews highlight timely salary payments as a positive is overrated. A punctual paycheck is just a basic expectation and doesn't compensate for the company's overall shortcoming

"Blenheim Chalcot is the undesirable offspring of a modern exploitative company and the East India Company, merging today's greed with old-world exploitation" Here's a critical take on the Company: - They'll hire you with a title like "Junior Data Scientist" but then pile on task that have nothing to do with your actual job description. - Channeling the spirit of the old East India Company, a select few exploit their colleagues, and if you voice concerns to management about you work scope, their response is dismissive, suggesting you leave because this the only work they have. - They hire data science leads who are shockingly inexperienced and fundamentally clueless about requirement gathering and problem-solving. Yet, when a junior question their flawed ideas or points out their inadequacies, these leads erupt in a dramatic display of wounded pride and ego. - Complaints made through skip-level meetings achieve little, as the company is content to tolerate problematic managers/leads as long as their goals are met. Employee may even face threats of poor reviews if they try to switch portfolios, ai it could reflect poorly on the leads themselves. - HR is unlikely to offer genuine support: expect either empty promises or outright disregard. Many competent HR staff have been pushed out due to internal politics. - The company might pressure you into "voluntary resignation" under the pretense of performance issues. One week, you might be lauded as the star performer, only to be dismissed the next week, no job security even if you are a dedicated employee. - Salary increases and/or promotion seem to reward sycophancy rather than actual performance. Like how they mess with your head. Like how 3-4 seniors are playing a plotting game for their survival and growth. Very entertaining to see. They pay you very well so that you dont leave them even though frustrated. You wont get a high paying job like it so easily in a stable or a good company RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I like how they try to be cool but aren't.

Firstly you will like the environment & you will survive if you don't speak up. There no corporate culture here, its like a close friends running the whole business. One thing about the company is ANY THING CAN HAPPEN ANY TIME. Be ready to get laid off, be ready to see your junior becoming your senior. They all listen to you but then you will be targeted. NO BONUS, I mean 5% increament? Are u serious? And the FAVOURITISM, OMG its in the DNA here everybody who is important is a known of other important person. There no criteria of hard work only CONTACTS work here. People who really wants a change are replaced East India co. as we call it. They don't give bonus/ increment to employees but replace them with someone new with a hike. People just leave this organisation in 6 to 1 year max. If you work at Navi Mumbai office you have a good work life balance but that doesn’t last! Soon they will start calling you at Andheri office even tho your contract says Turbhe office. This is very your life start getting terrible at Blenheim Chalcot! And if you don’t accept to go to Andheri you will be fired same day and you have to handover the laptop.

If you are joining Blenheim then you have to join with acceptance that you can be fired any day without even single day notice! Yes ofc they will promise to give you two months salary which you probably will need to file a case to get it there!!

They don't have bench policy... So if you're project is over, you will be thrown out. They fire 10 employees every week. Noone can say anything that's on thier mind else their name will be put in the weekly firing list. Policies are written but not followed, they can fire you without notice period even if it is in your contract. Any reason is fine to mark you down if the management or thier chelas don't like you. A few people who are new in organization and have come from good one, hence are professional. The tenured one are too rigid and old school.

Dislikes

There is definitely no job security, no matter at what level you are. No flexibility for work from home, even if you die. Leaders do not have clear vision hence always confused. You can only survive if you shut your mouth and close your eyes and say Yes to Mr CEO, (who is too moody that his reportees are always scared to talk to him).
