Management 0/5 Culture... huh, no such entity exists, What else? Favouritism, Superb office politics, Don't know for what role they are hiring, ie. pilot hired for cabin crew's job. Job security: anytime you could get a HR call for a quick meeting, they could be your last 30 mins in the office. Nearly impossible to say why you are getting fired.

Likes

The work lofe balance and culture is excellent. Office infra is great as well. They support for finance and insurance perks are a great addon.

Dislikes

Management and leadership is incompetent and pretty terrible at their jobs. Petty office politics was prevelant for promotions. No job security.
