A few people who are new in organization and have come from good one, hence are professional. The tenured one are too rigid and old school.

Dislikes

There is definitely no job security, no matter at what level you are. No flexibility for work from home, even if you die. Leaders do not have clear vision hence always confused. You can only survive if you shut your mouth and close your eyes and say Yes to Mr CEO, (who is too moody that his reportees are always scared to talk to him).

I like how they try to be cool but aren't.

Firstly you will like the environment & you will survive if you don't speak up. There no corporate culture here, its like a close friends running the whole business. One thing about the company is ANY THING CAN HAPPEN ANY TIME. Be ready to get laid off, be ready to see your junior becoming your senior. They all listen to you but then you will be targeted. NO BONUS, I mean 5% increament? Are u serious? And the FAVOURITISM, OMG its in the DNA here everybody who is important is a known of other important person. There no criteria of hard work only CONTACTS work here. People who really wants a change are replaced East India co. as we call it. They don't give bonus/ increment to employees but replace them with someone new with a hike. People just leave this organisation in 6 to 1 year max. Management 0/5 Culture... huh, no such entity exists, What else? Favouritism, Superb office politics, Don't know for what role they are hiring, ie. pilot hired for cabin crew's job. Job security: anytime you could get a HR call for a quick meeting, they could be your last 30 mins in the office. Nearly impossible to say why you are getting fired.

Toxic culture, unapproachable management, no logics from managers, unstructured portfolios. Lack of automation within the process. Your opinion and suggestions doesn't matter. No security of job. Unplanned lay offs. You get paid for working in two or multiple roles in one roles salary. No open forum to have complaints or resolutions. No refrral system works out even if you send 50 referrals.

You would think of security but a client makes a decision to hold on to services and you lose your job 6. The location is too weird to travel with public transport so good luck.

There's nothing impressive about this company. The fact some reviews highlight timely salary payments as a positive is overrated. A punctual paycheck is just a basic expectation and doesn't compensate for the company's overall shortcoming

"Blenheim Chalcot is the undesirable offspring of a modern exploitative company and the East India Company, merging today's greed with old-world exploitation" Here's a critical take on the Company: - They'll hire you with a title like "Junior Data Scientist" but then pile on task that have nothing to do with your actual job description. - Channeling the spirit of the old East India Company, a select few exploit their colleagues, and if you voice concerns to management about you work scope, their response is dismissive, suggesting you leave because this the only work they have. - They hire data science leads who are shockingly inexperienced and fundamentally clueless about requirement gathering and problem-solving. Yet, when a junior question their flawed ideas or points out their inadequacies, these leads erupt in a dramatic display of wounded pride and ego. - Complaints made through skip-level meetings achieve little, as the company is content to tolerate problematic managers/leads as long as their goals are met. Employee may even face threats of poor reviews if they try to switch portfolios, ai it could reflect poorly on the leads themselves. - HR is unlikely to offer genuine support: expect either empty promises or outright disregard. Many competent HR staff have been pushed out due to internal politics. - The company might pressure you into "voluntary resignation" under the pretense of performance issues.
