If you work at Navi Mumbai office you have a good work life balance but that doesn’t last! Soon they will start calling you at Andheri office even tho your contract says Turbhe office. This is very your life start getting terrible at Blenheim Chalcot! And if you don’t accept to go to Andheri you will be fired same day and you have to handover the laptop.

If you are joining Blenheim then you have to join with acceptance that you can be fired any day without even single day notice! Yes ofc they will promise to give you two months salary which you probably will need to file a case to get it there!!

In Blenheim chalcot, I learned a very important lesson of my life that “Life is not fair”

Management acts like they care about their employees well-being and everyone is so woke but when it comes to action they dont do anything for you other than timely salary. They will call you each day to the office and count 9 hours for some employees and on the other hand some employees get permanenent wfh with better salary than you cause they are good with some managers and they go on a dinner date, partying with their manager and you dont do that cause your principles come in your way and even you ask for one day wfh cause you had an accident then they tell you they have stopped giving wfh policy but remember “for you” is silent. And you will feel nostalgic here about your school cause their sitting arrangement is like that only. Everyday you have to look for your place for 20 30 mins going here and there with your system and bag cause no fixed places here and the new HR thinks she is the smartest person in this world, she acts like typical know it all person who has solution for every problem even if there is no problem she will create one to solve just to show her boss what a productive day she had at the office today. Lay off can happen anytime because ceo has lost his mind. He is hiring people non stop just to show off that he has the count like other big mncs. Many people don’t even have a constant project. The talent acquisition team is good however since one of the member left the type of events they did were worst. The qualityy went from high to zero not even low. Apart from that, only perks if you’re not working for customer service, you can roam around if you’re bored and spend time on terrace. The ambience is good and management is good if you’re good to them.

You have to be someone’s favourite if you need to get your work done. Lol, managers gets confused about the leave policy. Your approved leave can turn to Loss of pay only because of MANAGER’S CONFUSION, and they call them “people’s manager”. No one is yours if you happen to do something wrong as I said you need to be someone’s favourite. A few people who are new in organization and have come from good one, hence are professional. The tenured one are too rigid and old school.

There is definitely no job security, no matter at what level you are. No flexibility for work from home, even if you die. Leaders do not have clear vision hence always confused. Toxic culture, unapproachable management, no logics from managers, unstructured portfolios. Lack of automation within the process. Your opinion and suggestions doesn't matter. No security of job. They don't have bench policy... So if you're project is over, you will be thrown out. They fire 10 employees every week. Noone can say anything that's on thier mind else their name will be put in the weekly firing list. Policies are written but not followed, they can fire you without notice period even if it is in your contract. Any reason is fine to mark you down if the management or thier chelas don't like you.
