The only good thing is that the job is remote and they have good number of clients in the EU region so the exposure to real world applications is there.

No work-life balance. Unrealistic deadlines. They say it's 10am to 7pm but it extends to 10-11 pm sometimes. They have no respect for your time and availability, they keep sending work messages even as late as 1 AM. No concept of team, you'll do 90% of tasks alone and only 1 person will be kept above you to give reports to. No support from higher authorities. They will not provide any help even when you timely inform them. They expect you to do all your tasks by yourself no matter how much of a team task it may be. Worse salary than a maid. You will work for so long odd hours and they will give you a small fixed salary. The projects are easily worth 10 times of what they give you, a sole worker on it. They don't let you take exam leaves and ask you to work during evening instead. No work structure. No one will overlook you. Just one person who you have to report to. No work flow. No culture. You will only be speaking to anyone if it is work related. No other conversation. No appraisals, bonus etc nothing. No one with good skills. Since all employees are freshers and interns, the work is also just about that. No uniformity, no structure, no comments in the code that will be passed on to you.
