The only good thing is that the job is remote and they have good number of clients in the EU region so the exposure to real world applications is there.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. Unrealistic deadlines. They say it's 10am to 7pm but it extends to 10-11 pm sometimes. They have no respect for your time and availability, they keep sending work messages even as late as 1 AM. No concept of team, you'll do 90% of tasks alone and only 1 person will be kept above you to give reports to. No support from higher authorities. They will not provide any help even when you timely inform them. They expect you to do all your tasks by yourself no matter how much of a team task it may be. Worse salary than a maid. You will work for so long odd hours and they will give you a small fixed salary. The projects are easily worth 10 times of what they give you, a sole worker on it. They don't let you take exam leaves and ask you to work during evening instead. No work structure. No one will overlook you. Just one person who you have to report to. No work flow. No culture. You will only be speaking to anyone if it is work related. No other conversation. No appraisals, bonus etc nothing. No one with good skills. Since all employees are freshers and interns, the work is also just about that. No uniformity, no structure, no comments in the code that will be passed on to you. You will get complete freedom how to work. You will get what will be final product journey of product depends upon you. You can fallow best practice or worst prectice it's depends on you. Overall only and only one thing is good which you will learn much more but by Google, Stack over flow, and chat gpt.

Every thing other then I like, is dislikes. If you have good luck then you may me in such project in which team lead good knowledge of technology and intrested in helping, it will be gratest blace of God. By the way there are only three or max four developer in a project. And all four developer(in case of max no. developer) have experience less than two year in most of the case less than 6 months. No management, working hours are not fixed, team lead guide you nothing you are assigned in a project with a team lead but he will do nothing to help you have to do Everything on your own. Managers are dumb they will not listen to your problems and will not solve them they know nothing about technical. They just pick freelance projects and assign them to intern on probation period and ask them to complete that. They also give probation period to a employee at start which is completely a joke because you are not giving any type of training from day one you are giving the project and asking to complete that project on own then why do you need to give probation period does it make sense only because you have to give less salary....Read More

They don't give leaves, The CEO, CTO, COO consider them as the king but can't even speak basic english. So I joined this company as a Datascience associate from internshala (I completed their assignment). Now they did give me training for 1 week but it was very irrelevant to the project and it was all self learning from YouTube. After completing my training they assigned me a project, then there was no one to help me I had to handle client myself when I couldn't understand tasks I asked for help to my senior and he didn't help me and I got fired immediately without any reason. They will make you feel like hell. they hire intern and expect them to very knowledgeable person like phd graduate. They will keep on giving work pressure until you get chocked. They will fire you without giving a valid reason. They CEO attract the people in the name of his IIT degree but the actually he is not the tech guy and has no knowledge of tech. Also the project are not related to data science. Most project here are related to web scrapping. Even they fool the client saying that there is machine learning model which is being trained but that is not the case. They do not even provide the laptop and computing powers and expect us to deliver the project on time with bare min requirements. Totally scam. Do not invest your time and emotions....Read More
