Micromanagement, anyone can be terminated from blackcoffer without any prior notice, no pf. After the project will complete the employer gets terminated does't matter how good you are in you skills. This company is only for interns. You can not expect job here.

My suggestion is don't join this company u will earn only 10k and that's nothing. The CEO is IIT alumni but he don't know any tech knowledge also he don't know even d of data science
