Extremely toxic environment. management people are the worst people you will meet in your life. They are extremely toxic, no promotion for petty reasons, too much cost cutting, every hour of work should be logged in Excel sheet with description and exact timings. They'll cut salary for no reason. Too much micromanagement.

If you find the right people, there are good people who could be great mentors, I had a couple of them.

No job security They fire so randomly that you wouldn’t expect it and it has both to do with your performance, even a good employee can be fired. Worst management and leadership Nothing new to learn 0% hikes Mandatory work from office on all days. Don’t be fooled if they tell otherwise The salary is divided as transportation and shift allowance and hence if you take a leave you loose money.

Toxic workplace, lack of flexibility, no work life balance, strict login-logout monitoring devices, manager might call you late at night around 11pm asking to join a call, work from home only with permission regardless of your seniority or work experience, permission is very rarely given.
