Good company for those who don't have any career/salary growth expectations
Dislikes
1. Centralized management system(1 person takes decisions)
2. Don't think even about employees growth/satisfaction
3. Increments done on the basis of wish of top management not on your performance or hard work
4. You can not make any request or give any suggestion to top management, otherwise you will be punished , you just have to follow their orders without thinking about increments
5. No scope for salary increment despite of your performance is good...Read More
