Good company for those who don't have any career/salary growth expectations

Dislikes

1. Centralized management system(1 person takes decisions) 2. Don't think even about employees growth/satisfaction 3. Increments done on the basis of wish of top management not on your performance or hard work 4. You can not make any request or give any suggestion to top management, otherwise you will be punished , you just have to follow their orders without thinking about increments 5. No scope for salary increment despite of your performance is good...Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
