Salary is paid every month without delay

The work culture and environment are unfavourable as there are several issues that hinder growth and job satisfaction. Employees do not have many opportunities to learn and improve, and permanent remote work options are very limited to only special employees and no hybrid model. A limited number of WFH is given per month to employees and is deducted if any medical leave or unplanned leave taken. Lack of Effective management and unhelpful project leads. Appraisals are uncertain and appear to be based on employee image rather than the quality of their work, leading to discrimination. Moreover, employees receive only 20 leaves per year, including medical leave. Finally, there is no work satisfaction as employees are placed in different technical areas than their preference or expertise....Read More

Company give incentives on the basis of their personal opinion of the employees, not on the basis of work. Don't Give much WFHs only 4 per month which you can't take consecutively.
