There are no standard set procedures for team and work management. Managers lack the basic skills of team management. Onsite coordinators do whatever they feel good and never think about the work life balance or betterment of offshore resources. The number of years of experience and your origin at bitwise are the only things which are counted for promotions, and not the skills of a particular person.
