They have stolen money from their own employee including incentive. CEO of this company alway act like a spy and try to collect information about employee from the distributers. If you ask for increment or Conveyance. they will terminate you after a period. Product performance is very poor. you can see in the web site. there are lots of negative views given by the client. They will offer free subscription for 3 years to the client but after an year. They will block the services, if client ask them. They will simply say that your device have some fault and force to sale new device to the client. It is not a scam but similar to scam. Working atmosphere is horrible. If you are a sales representative then forget for your weekly leave. working after few month, you will feel that they are just using you like a piece of paper. within one year, they have changed more than 4 country manager. (Main thing is - you will not get salary within a given time. almost alternative period you have to ask for your salary). It is tipical baniyaa company. If you are a new person and have joined this organisation, please feel free for bitter experience. NOTE- suggestion for recruiter please do not hire anybody on behalf of this company for a limited profit. End of the day, employee will abuse you.
