I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. 1. You got call/msg anytime and you have to send documents or what ever they ask. 2. No work life balance. 3. Toxic Environment. 4. At the time of joining HR told me about 5 days working and then after 6-8 months they said sat will be WFH. 5. When you ask for FnF they will complete keep you ignoring.
