Here the work culture is very bad , lack of professionalism. You have to work independently most of the time . The work from home part is worst , you have to work by EOD till your work is not completed . Here every team is blaming each other for the delay in work , this creates a work pressure among the employees. There is no job security, don't know why they hire people when they have to let them off in 3-4 months. Before joining I had read post which said the same but I still joined but same result , my coolleague and me were asked to qit only after 3 months

Abusive work culture No work-life balance Too much favoritism and politics Nobody will support you not even HR, everyone will support the senior one who is abusing Work hours is 9 to 6 but everyday you need to work till night 10 to 11 On weekends also you need to work otherwise you will get fired

I like the monetary aspect of working in Birdeye. There are lots of reimbursement which reduces the taxable income.
