Extreme politics for not belonging from a Telugu state. Extreme work pressure and work harassment. The HR Team is very much interested in your personal life and have less focus on your work. They give feedback to a fresher who is completely new to their job based on their observation and have no respect to other people....they have no control over their language nor on their behaviour They treat north Indians as aliens and also make fun of their native language... Too much politics is there. Managers will give appraisal based on favouratism. If you are working good then also you will get less appreciation and appraisal because of favouratism. Some people do time pass and get higher increments and others after doing everything get less. Managers will force to do double triple shifts without asking also. And exchange you will get nothing. Work culture is the biggest minus. Most of the reporting managers are highly insecure and will never give an opportunity to prove ourselves. They don't give any visibility to an individual. HR doesn't have any role in resolving any kind of issues related to employees.
