Extreme politics for not belonging from a Telugu state. Extreme work pressure and work harassment. The HR Team is very much interested in your personal life and have less focus on your work. They give feedback to a fresher who is completely new to their job based on their observation and have no respect to other people....they have no control over their language nor on their behaviour They treat north Indians as aliens and also make fun of their native language... There are no benefits of working in such an organisation where the HR Team is always interested in gossips and chit chats and are never ready to accept their mistakes Worst organisation to work with.....no support from the team...Read More

I like to inform you that most of Pharma company is given off on second Saturday in every month,if biological E is also given then employee of biological can give very good time to her family....

Late appraisal, No employee benefits and Manager lavel candidates also not having technical knowledge, they are very interested to do politics in team and they don't having capabilities to manage team

Too much politics is there. Managers will give appraisal based on favouratism. If you are working good then also you will get less appreciation and appraisal because of favouratism. Some people do time pass and get higher increments and others after doing everything get less. Managers will force to do double triple shifts without asking also. And exchange you will get nothing. No overtime compensation is there. No good food. If you are having good experience and are manager candidate then BE is specially chill place to work.
