Company is focusing on short term goal rather than long term in terms of Indian market. They abruptly increases target from previous years and didn’t give any support to field workers. Company failed many commitments with HCP s. To do the numbers they are over dumping stocks to stockists.

They call for the role of maintenance engineer and they put us under documentation. Managers over there don't even care whether we are gaining knowledge or no. Never go here. Environment in this department is too toxic plus the salary is only Rs 10,000 per month that too many delays for crediting the salary on time. I left this company mid of my apprenticeship program. Thank You!

Never recognise the people who work smartly and gives better outputs. There is no salary standards and more there is huge difference in the salary package. Most important thing is that they never bother to normalise the salary as per current market.
