Till date I didn’t receive the last year 2022 November, December and January month salary. They are holding the salary without any reason even though we asked many times and put a mail to HR but no proper response from their end. In addition to that they told that we are applying the bank loan but it was not sanctioned, once we receive the approval you will get it the pending salary. Salary not properly disbursed, working culture is not appropriate, working environment is not satisfied, monthly 27 days will definitely work only 4 Sundays took leave. All Saturday must come to office even though No work. No employee benefits and no proper HR policy

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
