I am working in Binary Hat since from last 6 months. After 2.5 months I analyze that company is fraud, not paying full salary to employee, not paying on time. They are not taking any responsibilities of their employee. They just provide me offer letter and said we will provide you joining lettter after some time. But till date they have not provided any joining letter nor a last month salary. Even owner (Shahaji Deshmukh) of this company is not receieving my phone calls and not replying my messages. They can even remove any emplyee in a single day without any prior notice that is against the rule. They told me on 21 Feb. 2023 that you should find out another job and at the same time hey told me we removed you from your work. Also this compny does not follow any business ethics and rules. I have been working with Binary Hat from last 2 years but still they haven't given me any documents like joining letter, appraisal letter and they are very late in paying even last month salary. No one gives complete information about last month salary even they do not pick up the phones. Till now the company has deducted the PF every month but no details or account details have been given yet.

This company is a big Fraud I never recieved full salary and they kept cheating from almost 2 long years, No Pf befinits , no official leaves, no overtimes, no medical benifits nothing, and when this was found they were not paid me for last month, the directors of this company doesnt respond , very unproffessional
