No dislike because itis of the best fastest growing company in the india. The work environment of the company is very good. People feel proud to be part of the company as company provides full support to their employees in professional front it has many branches across the india so I have good opportunity to show my talent

I really enjoyed working at BigBasket. I have learned a lot from BigBasket. The company's policy is very strong and every employee gets the benefit of it.

I really enjoyed working in BigBasket. I have learnt a lot from BigBasket. The company's policies are very good but the company's ground level team, which we call management, needs a lot of improvement.

I didn't find anything which can be praised. From outside it's looking good but inner side totally different.

Company culture is full of politics, they just pass their ball to each other courts. No time for families , generally duty period is 11-12 hours without OT and perks. They give appraisal only to buttering people . They will promote you but salary will remain same.... Overall I will suggest not to join this company .
