The HR is very friendly and is always supportive, the company is a fun place to work with various goodies, parties etc. Work life balance is great. You get flexibility to work as per your convenience.

Opportunities of promotion and growth depend heavily on your direct manager and is usually not possible to contest. Learning is limited and depends primarily on you to take off-work projects or courses. Post leaving the company, i wasn't given the variable pay that i was promised if i worked till Dec end, which i did. On top of that, the management is pretty transparent and the pay is good as well!

there's not much to dislike apart from the lack of proper in house training. However, the company is working on it and has recently launched a platform too.

The opportunity to learn and excel is beyond imagination. The peer group is very supportive and knowledgeable. I learnt a lot from them.

Initial job training is not as organised as expected. One has to put serious efforts initially to learn and understand how things flow.
