I don't just like working at Bidgely, I absolutely love it. the opportunities, the amazing culture, the steep learning curve and the super intelligent colleagues are just some of the intangible benfits that we get while working at Bidgely. On top of that, the management is pretty transparent and the pay is good as well!

there's not much to dislike apart from the lack of proper in house training. However, the company is working on it and has recently launched a platform too.

Opportunities of promotion and growth depend heavily on your direct manager and is usually not possible to contest. Learning is limited and depends primarily on you to take off-work projects or courses.
