The HR is very friendly and is always supportive, the company is a fun place to work with various goodies, parties etc. Work life balance is great. You get flexibility to work as per your convenience.

Dislikes

Opportunities of promotion and growth depend heavily on your direct manager and is usually not possible to contest. Learning is limited and depends primarily on you to take off-work projects or courses. Post leaving the company, i wasn't given the variable pay that i was promised if i worked till Dec end, which i did. The pay is average and they give a lot of importance to which university you studied in, even if you completed your graduation years ago and are now at a senior position....Read More

there's not much to dislike apart from the lack of proper in house training. However, the company is working on it and has recently launched a platform too.

I am a Data Scientist working at the core of Bidgely's product. I arm our customers with accurate information about their electricity usage that can help them to manage their bills better while helping manking get closer to a greener & sustain

The opportunity to learn and excel is beyond imagination. The peer group is very supportive and knowledgeable. I learnt a lot from them.

Dislikes

Initial job training is not as organised as expected. One has to put serious efforts initially to learn and understand how things flow.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the data sanity for multiple utilities. But I stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmark studies on my own and following the new changes.
