Likes

The team mates are excellent. Training was awesome. Job security is good. Career growth opportunities are more. I learned a lot from that sector and moulded me a lot. Working environment is excellent. Work life balance is good.

There is no negatives about that sector. It's a great opportunity to be part of that company

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
