My training was too good I have learnt many things at work handling responsibilities as well from my trainers. I’m more satisfied from the work I have learnt I was also obedient to all my bosses and trainers. It was good experience to me .

Timings is the only problem for trainees like us. Early in the morning if houses are far it will be tough for us to reach on time.

I was in the Purchasing department so that we use to find which equipment’s r yet to purchase from vendors and when we lower vendor from that quotation we use to order the item. It will be long process to explain. I was more good at my work.

I work at BHEL as graduate apprentice for approx 1year. Thought it was nice experience, there was nothing new to learn, as they are old , lame methods in their projects. I would suggest all freshers not to join BHEL for apprenticeship as it is waste of time... rather work hard on your basics and try for good opportunity. All the best!!
