I can earn lot of experience there in different fields. Experience which I got there it's technical and non technical both, bcz u learn there how to control men power and take their 100 percent..

After training why BHEL not giving job to us they have to take trainees exam and give them job which good for BHEL as well as trainees.

Teammates best and knowledge fully person, BHEL having more different type equipment for more learning and guide person is very goog skilled , cooperative and they give good guidance.

Dislikes

BHEL management are very bad like HRDC and some other department management also, there person or employees shifted own work to trainee and they not give any details about work

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
