I am complete my training in bhel trichy as a graduate apprentice trainee. I Learn and got opportunity to interact and work with India top most engineers, and also I Learn risk management and problem solving and other activities too.

Dislikes

Some time poor communication gap between executive and their subordinate.

A good environment for learning more. Supportive staffs and colleagues. As a apprentice can able to learn the all things like engineers.

Dislikes

Sometimes the welding gas will be more...in the working bay...noise,gas surround us...it is minor disadvantage.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
