The company was very good. Actually, i loved the culture of my department in BHEL, I am part of a team that Employers encourages me to develop is so nice to work there. I am missing the BHEL. I am very Happy for being that Department. Iam very addicted to that works. I can't forget that Memorable moments in BHEL. If chance any case again i will go as a Employee...I can't miss that Works.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
