BHEL is a Maharatna company. Everything is fine. Very good work environment. Learning will be more.

Dislikes

The one thing I dislike is many of employees are contract based and they didn't have any increments.

It's was a very good experience, as I am a intern their I don't have any job security. To say in general the work culture is good, as it's a government job it's very secured and they pay very good salary.

Dislikes

Travelling, early work hours.
