A lot of value is given to us whenever we provide some feedback of any kind. There is always work on that feedback, which we are really proud of. Work hours are necessary, objectives too. But the manager never instructs extra time to achieve that but optimise the official work hours.

I got selected... For this company but HR and panel is very cheap. I was not interested to join this company but some how I went there for an interview because I was getting multiple calls and I didn't have any job so I thought to give it a try. Interview was ok just basic questions. I have told HR about my experience in previous company on call still she insisted me to come . Obviously I didn't have experience letter with me at that time because I didn't received it from previous company. And during the interview she started looking into my mobile and asked to show other documents to which said currently I didn't have any documents as it's a brand new phone and I am not sure in which drive documents could be. After that she literally held my phone and started looking into apps. How disgusting this is as an HR.. no professionalism When interview ended HR said I can join but when I didn't got any revert afterward but I did got multiple calls and WhatsApp for interview So my advice is not to join this kind of company where HR behave as such think about future what could happen if somebody joins there....Read More

The just follow their own rules, they trouble employees a lot, thier sms service is worst, they just ask the employees to fraud the customers. Never suggest anyone to work here, not a registered company.

They have said the job has 4 months of OJT and after reaching there they said that it has 5 days of OJT and those who have not cleared were fired from the job on spot.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts technology, I love the fact that i am a part of sales team. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

No proper support or service will be given to the customers. Completely self centric. Incentives will not be given. Rewards will not be given.only sale will be expected.
