Company culture is excellent and employee's behavior is friendly. Don't feel pressured unless water is above the head.

Being a service provider we have to handle the retailers till time they close their shops. Difficult to manage work-life balance.

It’s an MNC but still some mangers expect them to be called as Boss which is btw against the policies of the company but still no one cares, Company policy says holiday on saterday but usually not followed
