There is no rational in salary at sme level for same job profile, someone is paid very high and other is having very low salary at same level. However sometimes company might have certain limitations also on their part for not doing rationalization.

I have been associated with company for last 23 years in between there was two exits for three years each but all to gather I have worked for 16 years in BSV. I can say it's one of the prestigious organization for working and that too with new management
