The way they are supporting us is good, they sanitize the zone twice in a day and provide the sanitizer in sufficient amount.We are feeling secure in view of covid-19

There is no proper management regarding training.We don't have any specific task to do.We have to stay with the operators in the plant and they are not able to solve our technical doubts. We are not getting training like an engineer. We are 14 in number and all apprentice have their specific technical skill but we are not getting opportunity to show that. It is my suggestion that atleast one officer should always in touch with us and get feedback from us that what we are learning, what we have learnt etc. That officer should have free time for us to guide us and to teach us....Read More

I participated in L1 and L2 fire mock drill. Now training is about the paper work I am not getting engineering knowledge from the field.

At Akolner BPCL company plant has employees who fully understand us and teach well so far we have not had any problems there,Really Great Workstation and supportive teammates . The BPCL company helped us a lot in difficult situation and paid us time to time Without any difficulty.At the beginning of Covid_19 the company told us goto home On time and Stay safe at home .And we also saw that the company was supplying gas and fuel to the people in difficult situation .We are really proud that We are learning from this Company....Read More
