The company is open to innovation and readily adopts new technology.i like the working environment over there and the other people around me are also very helping natured and we'll mannered.for me the travelling distance is more but inspite of this iam and satisfied to be a part of Bpcl team.

The work pressure is very high sometimes i have to work 14-18hours straight in a day.sometimes night shift is also there which is very painful.in the company growth is also slow.
