worst environment, worst management team, they promote nepotism, about hospitality they are zero, they have a fraud advocate Mr Sunil Thakur , he is such a worst man ever i have seen, One other manager is Suresh Chauhan he thinks he owns the company totally a waste man ever in the earth, other one is talented accounts head is Mr Lalit. Never expect your salary on time, you have to work 50 days and you will receive only 30 days salary, Never expect your incentives will pay you, if you will ask your salary or incentives on time, they will told you one, and the line is ' Get lost from gate number 02' you have to work from 10 am to 8 pm and on the every moths end you have to work from 9 am to 11 pm

Dislikes

never pay salary or incentives on time, your salary is totally on risk, even no holidays, no Sundays, you have to work 7 days a week

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
