After you resign from the job, they will deduct many things unnecessarily and even if you deserve your hard-earned money, they will not provide it saying that it cannot be regularized or reversed now. they also deduct Internet reimbursement, and unnecessary leaves and when you disagree with their FNF settlement, first they donot respond to your email several days and then they will come up with excuse that even if you are liable for it, we cannot compensate it. This company is the worst they only know how to take advantage of their employees and not pay them the amount they deserve. They will give you a calculation and tell you this will be the salary but will cut a huge chunk of amount when the salary is to be arrived. They will say it is a mistake but they are doing it intentionally just to make their employees resign as they are bankrupt.

The timings are good, it is up to your skills and your need if you wish to teach nationally or to international students. Also, they have the batch per session rule, as more the batches, the more money you make. If you are looking for something remote to utilise your 6 hours with pay around 20,000 - 25,000, it is a good place to work then.

Their international per batch fee is INR 280/- at 0 level (when you join), if you manage to level up Rs. 20 will be increased per session. But you can opt for either 5 or 6 batches per day. They only provide 5 no-shows (if you have opt for 5 batches then you can request for a day's leave 7 days in advance). There are no sick leaves nor casual leaves. If you take a leave without informing 7 days prior, you will be penalised with INR 500 for each session (2500/-) way more than you earn in a day....Read More

They appointed teachers as a full time employee earlier, then suddenly changed them to contractual workers.The teachers are playing a huge and important role being the face of the on their services, but they don't treat them well only. They are not allowed to take even one day leave monthly. And they cut a huge amount of payouts on the name of bizarre penalties. Also there is no appraisal policy.

1. Feels like bonded labour 2. No emergency leave policy 3. Changing payment policies after joining at their own convenience. I joined as a full time employee with fixed payment and they changed policy to hourly pay suddenly, with tons of penalty and no emergency leave policy. 4. Very bad for mental well being.

Work more earn more. You were given 6-7 hours of work daily at the starting, but as and when you become experienced you can schedule 9-10 sessions per day to earn more. RM are really helpful in that case

To increase the quality for the students, the work life if becoming difficult for the trainers, like previously it was easy taking multiple holidays but now it had become almost impossible.

Variable pay unnecessary penalty Correct salary is not dispatched every month Useless HR team You are only in contact with your RM who never responds and acts like PM of India... Every person has high level of attitude who treats you like bonded labor.
