Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand and align with the company's vision and mission, working towards set goals and objectives.
- Manage the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.
- Set and track sales targets for the team, driving growth in international markets.
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM database for accurate tracking.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency and increased sales.
- Utilize CRM software and MS Office tools for reporting and performance tracking.
- Provide coaching and support to team members, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day team activities while achieving individual and team sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience working in the US market.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
- Willingness to work in a start-up environment and adapt to dynamic challenges.
- Availability to work 6 days a week
