- Strong organizational skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, public speaking skills, and partner liaison experience.
- Proficiency in research, data management, and project management tools.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in partnership development, community engagement, or business development, preferably in the US market
