KNAB Finance - Assistant Manager - Strategic Alliance & Partnership (3-4 yrs)

Abhi Loans is actively seeking dynamic individuals to join our Strategic Alliance & Partnership team at our corporate office in Delhi.

What you will be doing -

- Foster and maintain strong communication channels with partners, demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Develop and execute strategic alliances and partnerships for Loan against securities with potential partner

- Identify partnership opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the benefits of the association.

- Identify new sales leads, develop a partnership pipeline and convert those leads.

- Manage end-to-end partner relations including pitching, and negotiation. Contracting, execution.

- Keep sharp eye on partner experience and journey

- Work with product and technology team to define deliverables/reports

- Help the product team discover brand/merchant needs more effectively and help evolve the our product

What do we Need :

- Post Graduate with 3 - 6 years' alliance and partnership work experience in FinTech/Lending institutions (especially Loan against securities is preferred)

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Is very comfortable building and managing relationships with C-Level executives

- Soft Skills - Strong written and verbal skills, Negotiation Skills, Relationship Building, Industry Knowledge.
