We are seeking a Strategic Partnership - Team Lead to drive community partnerships and business collaborations for Bhanzu.
This role involves identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and executing strategic initiatives that align with the company's business goals.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding Bhanzu's reach by fostering meaningful partnerships in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Identification & Strategic Advice: Research and identify potential partnership opportunities in the US market.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with communities, organizations, and business partners to drive growth.
- Account Management: Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, including proposal writing, negotiation, budget preparation, and agreement reviews.
- Operational Support: Organize and manage partnership events to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue-generating opportunities.
- Campaign & Event Coordination: Assist in managing logistics, materials, and financial processes for various campaigns.
- Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on partnership progress.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in partnership development, community engagement, or business development, preferably in the US market.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple relationships.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills for engaging with partners.
- Experience in research, data management, and project management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to align partnership goals with business objectives
