Position: Partnership & Alliances Specialist
Office Location: Gurgaon, Sector 62
Job type: Full time
Position Type: Full-time, 6 days a week (2nd & 4th Sat Off)
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnerships.
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
- Travel to other places of business.
- This is an Individual role.
Required Skill Set:
- Minimum 4 Years of experience in a similar role
- Track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
- You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
- You are highly goal-oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) would be a plus
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or alliances in the health, wellness, or nutraceutical industries.
- Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
- Experience negotiating complex partnership deals and executing contracts with key stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong strategic thinking with a goal-oriented and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
- Ability to handle multiple partnerships simultaneously while maintaining focus on results and client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce (or similar platforms) to track partnerships, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align partnership objectives with broader business strategies
