We are looking for an Associate Business Manager - Pre Sales (US) to support our expansion in the global market.
This role involves building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, optimizing sales processes, and managing a high-performing pre-sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and align with the company's vision and mission to achieve set goals.
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM database.
- Assist in ensuring smooth operations within the team and achieving collective targets.
- Develop and implement business strategies in alignment with overall company objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
- Lead and manage the Pre Sales team, setting and tracking sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance sales effectiveness.
- Utilize CRM software and MS Office tools for reporting and data management.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willing to work 6 days a week.
- Must own a laptop
